Job description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students from pre-K through 8th grade as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a dynamic educational setting. This contract opportunity allows you to deliver essential speech and language services through direct intervention and teletherapy, serving a diverse caseload across two conveniently located sites just minutes apart.

In this role, you’ll support students’ communication needs, fostering growth and development through individualized therapy, collaborative meetings, and thoughtful goal-setting. Your expertise will help shape students’ educational experiences—whether working with emerging communicators in early childhood or supporting older students as they navigate new academic challenges.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP services preferred
  • Skilled in teletherapy and traditional in-person treatments
  • Comfortable working across multiple grade levels (pre-K through 8th)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel between two nearby school sites (4-minute commute)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop, write, and implement individualized goals for each student
  • Deliver speech therapy services via in-person sessions and teletherapy, as appropriate
  • Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to case management
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and student records

Enjoy a varied workday in an encouraging school environment, with regular hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. If you’re eager to make a difference in students’ lives and value flexibility within a supportive setting, this opportunity could be the next step in your career.

Take the next step in advancing your professional journey—apply today to help empower young learners and shape positive outcomes!

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
