Job description

We are looking for a part time receptionist to work every other weekend from 2p-8p.  (This would equal out to 6 hours per week, as Saturday would be on one paycheck, and Sunday on the following week's paycheck.)

Candidate would also need to work various holidays, which are assigned by lottery (using each staff member's usual scheduled hours) so each staff member works one minor holiday and one major holiday. 

It would also be preferable if applicant is able to help fill in for other receptionist’s vacation days/call-ins.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  •          Answering phones, transferring callers to whichever department/employee

  •          Using the page system as necessary.

  •          Directing visitors to resident’s rooms.

  •          Helping visitors with checking in to the kiosk.

  •      Helping any vendors or other visitors to the facility with: questions, dropping off supplies, making payments.

  •          Observing people leaving the facility via the Main Entrance to insure that no residents leave without proper supervision using elopement list in receptionist binder.
