Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - New Johnsonville, Tennessee
Company: Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company
Job Type: Part-time (less than 30 hours per week)
Location: In-person - New Johnsonville, TN (In-home setting)
Pay: $23 - $26 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3:30pm - 6:30pm (10 hrs a week)
About the Role
Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in New Johnsonville, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/school
  • Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
  • Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
  • Attend required team meetings and training sessions
