What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and why are they important?

To thrive as a part-time RBT, you need a high school diploma (or equivalent), completion of the RBT training program, and a passing score on the RBT exam. While there is some flexibility in choosing shifts, maintaining consistency for your assigned clients is important. Communication with supervisors and families is key to balancing your availability and ensuring client progress.
