POSITION OVERVIEW:

Managing a US Air Conditioning Part Store is more than a management position—it’s an opportunity to run your operation like your own business. Our managers are empowered to make decisions, develop customer relationships, grow sales, and build a successful team in an entrepreneurial environment where innovation and strong performance are rewarded.

The Part Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the store, including:

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, counter sales, customer service, and P&L performance.
  • Inventory: Monitor stock levels and order replacement parts to meet customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and schedule counter and warehouse employees.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with local HVAC companies, technicians, and installers while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Resolve escalated concerns, process warranties and returns, cross-reference parts, and provide accurate quotes.
  • Business Growth: Develop customer programs and marketing initiatives that increase sales, profitability, and market share.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
