Job Description
Eastern is looking to fill a full time position for a sales associate selling off-road parts, accessories, and services. Ideal position for a candidate in the automotive parts profession with a desire to transition to a specialized field. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at the leading truck accessory shop in the Hampton Roads area.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Respond quickly and effectively to customers in the store, over the phone, or online to provide product information, guidance and preparing sales quotes.
  • Periodically attend local tradeshows and community events representing Eastern.
  • Minimum 2 years experience and previous successful track record of inside sales of auto parts and services.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask by prioritizing, managing multiple projects, and allocate time as required by business objectives.
  • Demonstrate initiative and work as a team in fast paced environment.
  • Stay current with market trends, product knowledge and vehicle details.
