Job description

Bilingual Wholesale Parts Account Specialist
Duluth, GA
Full-Time, Day Shift
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
ย
About the Role:

We are seeking aย Bilingual Wholesale Parts Account Specialist to own and grow our wholesale parts operations. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for mechanical shops, collision centers, and fleet accounts. The right person for this role blends strong automotive parts knowledge with a proactive mindset, managing the customer experience from initial catalog lookup all the way through to final delivery and account reconciliation.

About Us:

At our dealership, we run a high-volume, fast-paced parts operation, but we have never lost sight of what actually drives our success:ย trust. We donโ€™t treat our wholesale customers like account numbers or transactional invoices. We view them as local business partners whose livelihoods depend on our accuracy, speed, and honesty.

We take our promises seriouslyโ€”and if a delay happens, we pick up the phone and own it immediately. We back our team with the resources they need, respect the expertise they bring to the table, and actively reward the accountability that sets us apart from the competition. If keeping your word is important to you, you are highly organized, and you know how to build lasting business relationships with trade professionals, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship & Business Development: Actively manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts. Build trust with shop owners, service writers, and technicians to ensure we are their first call. Includes in-person sales calls.
  • Order Execution:ย Receive and process parts orders via phone and online procurement platforms (RepairLink, OPS Trax, OEConnection). Accurately look up parts using electronic catalogs.
  • Logistics & Dispatch Tracking:ย Coordinate, track, and verify parts deliveries to wholesale customers, ensuring our drivers are optimized and customers get realistic ETAs.
  • Open Order & A/R Management:ย Stay on top of open orders to ensure they are filled quickly. Actively monitor account balances and conduct professional accounts receivable (A/R) collections to keep customer accounts in good standing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience:ย Strong preference for candidates with a background in automotive dealership parts departments or high-volume automotive aftermarket sales.
  • Bilingual:ย Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Proactive Communication & Accountability:ย Comfortable making outbound business development calls and initiating professional collections conversations.
  • Multi-Tasking:ย Ability to comfortably manage dozens of open orders, track active deliveries, handle phone calls, and keep track of collections without dropping the ball.
  • Catalog & Software Literacy:ย Experience using Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) and Dealer Management Systems (CDK Drive experience is a major plus).
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
  • Professional, fast-paced work environment
  • Full benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k)
