About the role
The Regional Senior Manager, Dealership Operations leads Carvana's fixed operations performance across multiple service centers in the East region. This leader owns regional P&L, throughput, labor efficiency, parts performance, and customer experience. They are accountable for consistent execution and results across every location. This is a multi-site leadership role focused on building capable site leaders, standardizing how the network operates, and balancing capacity against demand from site to site.
What you'll be doing
  • Own regional P&L - revenue, labor efficiency, gross profit, and customer experience across all sites in the region.
  • Manage and develop store level GMs (typically 3-4 sites); hold each site leader accountable to targets and grow their capability.
  • Review site and regional KPIs and drive action plans where sites are off target; identify underperforming sites early and close the gaps.
  • Ensure consistent SOP execution across all sites and partner with the Implementation & Training team on rollout of new processes and tools.
  • Balance capacity against demand across sites, coordinating with centralized teams so volume and repair mix match each site's capacity.
  • Resolve cross-site issues and partner with central functions on behalf of the region.
  • Run the regional operating cadence: weekly action planning, weekly targets reviews, and the monthly forecast & actuals review.
  • Maintain alignment with OEM (particularly Stellantis) warranty, recall, and CSI programs, and uphold safety and compliance standards across all sites.
  • Represent regional performance, risks, and investment needs to corporate leadership.
What you should have
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in Fixed Operations, including multi-site or regional responsibility; Stellantis experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record managing P&L across multiple locations and exceeding OEM CSI, gross profit, and operational goals.
  • Demonstrated success developing and managing site-level leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of Stellantis systems (DealerConnect, wiADVISOR, STAR Parts, Mopar standards) strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage regional P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results through others.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between sites within the region.

Other requirements
To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • A clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUI's in the last three years
  • The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions
  • Will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials
  • May be requested to work overtime and weekends for special programs and events
  • Regular travel between service centers within the region
  • Lift up to 40 pounds frequently
  • Walk up to three miles each day
