The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing parts purchase and returns, inventory control, distribution and turnover by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.

Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $75,431 - $112,651

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities of a Parts Manager  include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ensure inventory meets division needs, manage parts inventory control and prevent overstock.

Coordinates parts flow between branches and departments to ensure efficient supply of parts products to meet branch needs.

Develop and maintain effective internal partner relationships and relationships with major customers.

Plan and direct the parts supply operations to ensure accurate, efficient parts order processing to include phone/counter coverage and respond to customer problems. 

Involved in AP/AR system enhancement to expedite payment transaction

Contamination control - Creating a work environment that does not generate debris. Disposal of materials.  

Develop relationships with second level dealers to ensure operation within boundaries

Ensures TEPS dealer pricing strategy is not in direct conflict

Manage profit and loss statement for parts inventory.

Controls expenses and service charges; 

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in business or related field. Seven to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point.
