Titus-Will Ford is looking for a customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers, identifying the right parts, managing inventory, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we'd love to talk with you.

Schedule: Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do
  • Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts needs
  • Oversee the parts sales process from inquiry to completion
  • Answer phone calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information
  • Pull and fill parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory
  • Perform routine inventory and bin checks to maintain accuracy
  • Review repair and body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing are correct
  • Process customer payments and obtain credit authorizations when necessary
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of automotive parts experience
  • Experience with automotive parts sales (AutoZone, NAPA, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, dealership parts departments, or similar environments strongly encouraged)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
