RV Parts Advisor / Manager Wanted – Join a High-Volume Independent Shop!
Location: Genesis Automotive and RV Repair – Pierce County, WA
Pay Range: $24.00 – $36.00/hr DOE + Benefits
Genesis Automotive and RV Repair, a trusted name in RV and automotive service since 1993, is seeking an experienced RV Parts Advisor / Manager to join our fast-paced team. If you’re passionate about RVs, organized, and ready to take ownership of a parts department, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:

We service a wide variety of vehicles including:
  • Motorhomes (Gas & Diesel)
  • Towable RV Trailers & Others.
  • Horse Trailers
  • Food Trucks
  • Dog Grooming Vans & Trailers
  • Custom Vendor Setups
You will be responsible for sourcing parts for both RV coach systems and vehicle chassis systems. The right candidate will thrive in a busy shop environment and be able to manage both inventory and the movement of parts between our two-story facility.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of RV parts experience (coach and chassis)
  • Automotive parts and service knowledge is a strong plus
  • Computer literacy and experience with inventory management software
  • Proven inventory control and parts room organization experience
  • Able to move between the upstairs and downstairs parts rooms several times daily
  • Background in repairs or mechanical understanding is highly valued
