Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department.

Compensation Range: $75K -$125K+

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of automotive parts experience
  • Previous Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and controls
  • Experience with wholesale parts operations
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Clean and Valid driver's license
  • Franchise dealership experience preferred
  • Experience growing wholesale business preferred
  • Understanding of department financial statements and KPIs preferred
  • CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar DMS experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leading all daily parts department operations
  • Managing inventory levels, stocking strategy, and obsolescence control
  • Driving wholesale growth and developing new account relationships
  • Improving department profitability and operational efficiency
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members
  • Maintaining strong relationships with service, sales, and wholesale customers
