Bertera Chevrolet is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our parts department, helping customers and technicians find the right parts for their needs and ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying, locating, and acquiring the required parts.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a timely and accurate response to all parts-related questions.
- Use parts cataloging software to identify and locate parts within the inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, sales, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure the timely acquisition of parts for vehicle repairs.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering new parts, and receiving, labeling, and storing parts correctly.
- Ensure readiness for parts delivery and coordinate with delivery drivers for timely distribution.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department and workspace.
