Job Description: Position Summary The Parts Manager (L5) is responsible for leading the complete parts and warehouse operation for a single Wastebuilt location. This role has full ownership of financial performance, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, safety, and team development. The Parts Manager ensures reliable, efficient fulfillment while driving continuous improvement, cost discipline, and a high-performance culture aligned with Wastebuilt's operational and customer standards. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited for an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Financial & Business Ownership
- Own full P&L accountability for the parts operation, including revenue, margin, expenses, and working capital.
- Enforce pricing and discount discipline in partnership with sales and operations.
- Develop, manage, and deliver annual operating plans and budget targets.
- Identify and execute cost-reduction and productivity improvement opportunities.
- Lead all aspects of customer support, including order fulfillment, responsiveness, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Ensure best-in-class quote-to-order execution, accuracy, and turnaround time.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
