The company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the administrative functions of both the Service and Parts Departments at its Cheshire, CT location. The ideal candidate will bring proven management experience, strong financial acumen, and a passion for developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Service and Parts Departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company processes
  • Monitor department performance using key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Service and Parts Managers to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and improve operational effectiveness
  • Work closely with Human Resources to recruit, hire, motivate, and retain top talent
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Oversee work order systems, service invoicing, and parts inventory management
  • Represent the branch in meetings and conference calls with upper management
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in the heavy-duty truck, trailer, transportation, or service industry
