The company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the administrative functions of both the Service and Parts Departments at its Cheshire, CT location. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Service and Parts Departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company processes
  • Monitor department performance using key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Service and Parts Managers to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and improve operational effectiveness
  • Work closely with Human Resources to recruit, hire, motivate, and retain top talent
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Oversee work order systems, service invoicing, and parts inventory management
  • Represent the branch in meetings and conference calls with upper management
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in the heavy-duty truck, trailer, transportation, or service industry
