Provide service and customer support on technical procedures and/or resolve technical issues.


  • Investigate and diagnose suspected hardware failures on parts and products returned from the field
  • Investigate and diagnose suspected OEM equipment nonconformance issues
  • Perform testing to established procedures
  • Acts as a technical resource for other Biomed Tech’s for the assigned models in the work center
  • Provide accurate diagnosis information for entry into the compliance database 
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Up to one year of related experience is required. 

Preferred

  • AA degree in Electronics or equivalent
  • One year of Service Center assigned work experience with ACP equipment and procedures.

  • Basic electric/electronic fundamental knowledge and troubleshooting skills

  • Experienced with test and measurement equipment

  • Able to build positive relationships with customers

  • Familiar with company’s procedures and protocols
