Job Description - Director of Partnerships
Reports To: Senior Director of Account Management
Department: Account Management

Position Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The Director of Partnerships manages the sales pipeline and operations of AxisCare's add-on services and integrated partner ecosystem, including products such as Business Intelligence, Amplifier, and Snowflake, as well as key partner platforms. This role owns driving revenue growth across AxisCare's add-on and partnership portfolio, working cross-functionally with development, product, account managers, customer success, and marketing to grow adoption and ensure customers have an optimal experience with our add-on products and partner integrations.
This person will work directly with Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to build sales pipelines, and the Integrations Implementation Consultant to support operational troubleshooting and flag issues that need executive attention. This role will also lead contract negotiations with partner platforms and lead our API Management initiative.
The ideal candidate has a background in business development and partnerships, is comfortable managing a small team, and brings strong negotiation and analytical skills to help shape the strategy behind AxisCare's growing partner ecosystem, including how AxisCare manages third-party access to its platform.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales pipeline and daily operations of AxisCare's add-on services (including Business Intelligence, Amplifier, and Snowflake) and integrated partner platforms
  • Work closely with Account Management and Customer Successto increase adoption of add-ons and integrations, including pipeline development, coaching, and performance accountability
  • Collaborate daily withthe Integrations Implementation Consultant, ensuring operational issues areidentified, addressed, and escalated to executive leadership when needed
  • Lead contract negotiations with partner platforms
  • Help shape the strategy for how AxisCare manages third-party access to its platform, balancing the customer experience with the long-term value of AxisCare's ecosystem
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure add-on services and partnerships are effectively promoted to AxisCare's customer base
  • Host regularly occurring webinars to promote add-ons and partners
  • Meet regularly with partner platforms to strengthen relationships andidentifygrowth opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with development and product teams, including helping prioritize development requests based on potential ROI
  • Handle customer escalations as needed
  • Own and report on key performance indicators, including:
    • Attachand penetrationratesfor key add-ons (Business Intelligence, Amplifier, Snowflake) and key partner platforms
    • Revenue goals
    • Bookings
    • Closed MRR
  • Aggregate and prepare data quarterly for executive leadership and board review
  • Identifyand act on opportunities to grow AxisCare's partnerships program and increase add-on sales

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
  • At least two years of experience in business development and partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and analytical skills
  • Very strongcommunication skills
  • Experience with HubSpot andChurnZeroa plus
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training preferred
