Job description

Strategic Partnerships & Customer Success Manager

At Dynamo AI, we help enterprises deploy AI systems that are reliable, secure, observable, and production-ready.

As organizations accelerate adoption of Generative AI, they face growing challenges around reliability, governance, latency, safety, compliance, and operational control. Dynamo AI provides the infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and real-time guardrails that allow enterprises to confidently operationalize AI at scale.

We work closely with enterprises and regulated industries to bridge the gap between AI experimentation and production deployment — enabling organizations to deploy AI systems safely, efficiently, and responsibly.

Strategic Partnerships & Customer Success Managers at Dynamo AI operate at the intersection of ecosystem partnerships, enterprise relationship management, and AI deployment success. This hybrid role combines strategic partner management — working closely with organizations such as Microsoft and major cloud or technology partners — with hands‑on ownership of key enterprise customer relationships across large financial institutions and regulated industries. You will help drive joint go‑to‑market collaboration, co‑sell initiatives, and ecosystem value creation, while also serving as a trusted post‑sales partner helping major enterprise customers operationalize AI safely and successfully in real‑world production environments.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with both frontier AI ecosystem partners and some of the world’s largest financial institutions as they deploy AI into mission‑critical workflows. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, operational coordination, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across both business and technical teams.

This role is based in San Francisco or New York and will work closely with strategic partners and enterprise customers across North America and global markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Customer Success Manager to help grow and manage Dynamo AI’s strategic ecosystem partnerships while also serving as a trusted customer success lead for key enterprise accounts.

This role combines strategic partner management, business development, customer relationship management, and enterprise AI deployment coordination. You will work closely with strategic partners such as Microsoft and other ecosystem players to drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives, co‑sell opportunities, and long‑term partnership value creation.

At the same time, you will serve as a primary customer relationship lead for a portfolio of major enterprise customers — particularly large financial institutions such as banks and insurers — helping ensure they successfully adopt, operationalize, and scale Dynamo AI’s platform in production environments.

This is a highly cross‑functional role requiring strong relationship management, strategic thinking, operational coordination, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across both business and technical teams.

This role is based in San Francisco and will work closely with strategic partners and enterprise customers across North America and global markets.

In This Role You’ll Manage Strategic Partnerships
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic ecosystem partners such as Microsoft and other enterprise technology providers
  • Drive joint go‑to‑market collaboration, co‑sell initiatives, and partnership engagement activities
  • Identify opportunities to create mutual value across partner ecosystems and customer accounts
  • Coordinate closely with partner sales, technical, and customer teams to support joint customer engagements
  • Help develop partnership strategies, engagement plans, and scalable collaboration frameworks
Own Enterprise Customer Relationships
  • Serve as a primary post‑sales relationship manager for strategic enterprise customers
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and security teams
  • Partner closely with major financial institutions and regulated enterprises deploying AI into mission‑critical workflows
  • Ensure customers successfully operationalize Dynamo AI’s platform and achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Act as an escalation and coordination point across customer deployments and operational needs
Support Strategic Growth
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams on strategic account growth and expansion opportunities
  • Surface customer and partner feedback to improve Dynamo AI’s products, deployment playbooks, and customer experience
  • Support executive briefings, strategic workshops, and partner‑facing engagements
  • Help shape Dynamo AI’s ecosystem and enterprise engagement strategy over time
You Might Thrive In This Role If You
  • Enjoy building long‑term strategic relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Are comfortable managing both partnerships and enterprise customer accounts
  • Have experience working with large enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Thrive in fast‑moving environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Are highly organized and naturally drive follow‑through across teams
  • Are excited about working with large financial institutions deploying AI into real‑world production environments
  • Can communicate effectively with both executive and technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, customer success, enterprise account management, enterprise sales, consulting, business development, or related customer‑facing roles within enterprise technology or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record managing and growing strategic technology partnerships, including experience working with major cloud providers, platform ecosystems, or enterprise technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, or system integrators
  • Experience driving joint go‑to‑market initiatives, co‑sell motions, partner engagement strategies, or ecosystem‑based business development programs
  • Strong enterprise relationship management experience, with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships across executive, business, and technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing large strategic enterprise accounts, preferably within financial services, banking, insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries
Nice To Have
  • Experience working with enterprise AI, Generative AI, LLM applications, AI governance, or AI infrastructure platforms
  • Existing relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem, enterprise cloud ecosystem, or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with regulated enterprise environments and governance requirements around AI deployment, security, risk, and compliance
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or large‑scale technology adoption initiatives
  • Background in high‑growth enterprise SaaS or frontier AI companies
  • Experience working across both partnership management and customer success/account management functions simultaneously
