Affiliate Manager

Impact Scale is seeking an experienced relationship and performance driven Affiliate Manager to oversee the management, optimization, and growth of our affiliate and partner accounts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing and building affiliate relationships, optimizing campaign performance, and working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms. This role is responsible for building strong partner relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across our affiliate network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, test, and optimize affiliate links and offers within tracking software.

  • Monitor traffic caps and campaign performance while communicating offer updates and campaign details with internal teams.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking, attribution, and performance issues.

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and launch new affiliate offers and partner networks across multiple verticals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, and strategic partners to drive long-term growth.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve affiliate performance.

  • Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics to maximize revenue and campaign success.

  • Prepare regular performance reports for leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.

  • Monitor campaigns for fraudulent or suspicious activity and take appropriate action when necessary.

Qualifications Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, affiliate management, partnership management, or a related performance marketing role.

  • Experience working with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign management tools.

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, including links, tracking, cookies, redirects, and attribution.

  • Growth-oriented actively looking for additional offers, traffic sources, and ways to expand existing relationships from first revenue to strong profitability. 

  • Technology-forward with a passion for staying current on affiliate marketing trends and emerging platforms.

  • Ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and marketing technologies.
