Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Develop and execute a joint growth strategythat alignsPartnerpriorities with our solutions andlongtermroadmap.
  • Identifynew revenue opportunitiesacross business units, product lines, and emerging needs.
  • Lead monthly business reviewswithdatadriveninsights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. (ThreeonsiteLeadership QBRs, and bi-monthly business performance reviews)
  • Monitor competitive and industry trendsto proactively positionnew solutions.Participate in the Clients' feedback forums (e.g.Facebook, Confluence). Being involved in the Client's (Rent Manager) User Group.

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primaryonsiteliaisonbetween thepartner's leadership and internal teams.
  • Build trusted advisor relationshipswith executives, stakeholders, and operational leads.
  • Translate client needsinto actionable plansfor internal product, operations, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfactionthrough proactive communicationand issue resolution.
  • Participate in Product Councilmeetingsproviding guidanceonpotential new product features and enhancements, driving design and being a"voice of the Client/Customer".

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee executionof allpartner'sinitiativesto ensure timelines, KPIs, and quality standards are met.Bi-Weekly reporting/meetingonthe progress of each initiative.
  • Coordinatecrossfunctionalteamsincluding product, analytics, engineering, and support.
  • Track and report performance metricstied to growth, efficiency, and client outcomes.Holding the Client Success Management team accountable for sharing go-forward solutions.

Financial & Commercial Ownership

  • Own revenue growth targetsfor thepartneraccount.
  • Support contract renewals and expansionsthroughdatabackedbusiness cases.
