Accountabilities
As an Enterprise Strategy Partner , you will take on a leadership role in identifying, leading, and implementing strategies that drive sales opportunities and secure contracts with major pharmaceutical companies. Your primary focus will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while developing consultative critical initiatives that position Evinova as a trusted partner in digital clinical solutions employing both SaaS and service delivery models. This role demands an entrepreneurial attitude, with the ability to proactively create sales strategies and business plans that address market gaps and deliver transformational value through innovative Evinova offerings.
Essential Skills/Experience
-Experience: 10-15 years in management consulting or healthcare consulting, with a strong focus on
commercially focused strategies that drive new business. Proven track record of delivering results in a
client-facing role.
- Sales & P&L Management: Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth and expansion. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Managing P&L responsibilities for each assigned account, including pricing strategy and margin
optimization.
- Strategic Eye For Business: Expertise in developing and implementing strategic business plans that
align with organizational goals and drive market growth.
- Digital Health Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital health technologies, including Enterprise SaaS platforms, ePRO/eCOA, remote monitoring solutions, and patient engagement platforms.
- Experience in evaluating and implementing these solutions in clinical settings.
- Financial Modeling & Value Realization: Strong capability in financial modeling, including benefits quantification and post-implementation value tracking.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ICH-GCP, GxP, and other regulatory guidelines applicable to digital health solutions.
- Leadership & Communication Skills: Exceptional partner management and executive communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior collaborators and lead cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, engineering, data science, or a related field; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, PharmD, MBA) preferred.

The annual base salary (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $233,283.20 - $349,924.80 . However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
