Regional Dealer Development Manager

Hybrid with 25% travel - Based in Louisville KY

We are seeking an experienced Regional Dealer Development Manager to expand and support our growing network of dealers throughout the assigned territory. This role is responsible for recruiting new dealer partners, developing existing dealer relationships, increasing sales revenue, and executing regional marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
The ideal candidate has experience building dealer networks within the construction products, outdoor living, building materials, awning, pergola, patio cover, or specialty manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new dealer partners. 
  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory. 
  • Conduct dealer training and product education. 
  • Develop regional marketing and promotional programs. 
  • Support dealers with lead generation and sales growth initiatives. 
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings. 
  • Analyze territory performance and implement growth strategies. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure dealer success. 
  • Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts. 
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of dealer network development experience. 
  • Proven success in channel sales or dealer management. 
  • Experience with construction products, outdoor living products, or building materials preferred. 
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory. 
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting. 
Compensation Example

  • Base Salary: $65,000
