As theRegionalSalesExecutive, you willbe responsible fordriving revenue growth and increasing profitability through strategic sales initiatives in theSouthern California region. This role is focused onestablishingand expanding relationshipsin the commercial structural steel and construction markets, with an emphasis on large, complex multi-million-dollar projects. You will collaborate cross-functionally with preconstruction, estimating, engineering, MBE, marketing, and proposal coordination teams to deliver results andconsistently meet or exceed annual sales goalsthat align with the long-term vision of the company. This high-visibility role positions you as the face of the company in the market.
