How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead and motivate the New Vehicle Sales Team to achieve volume, gross, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Sales Associates.
  • Drive new vehicle sales through effective follow-up, CRM utilization, appointments, and closing strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance, closing ratios, gross profit, CSI, and other key metrics.
  • Work deals alongside Sales Associates and lead by example on the sales floor.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about building a new operation.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
The Hanania Way

This isn't a store you're stepping into- it's a store you're helping build.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the team, establish the culture, develop future leaders, and help make North Shore CDJR a dealership customers know and trust.

Build the team. Drive the volume. Set the standard.
