What You Will Own

  • Proactively identify risks or inefficiencies and address them before they escalate.
  • Lead onboarding of new partners, clearly communicating the company's evaluation model, expectations, and processes.
  • Evaluate potential new partners, assessing fit based on performance, operations, and client outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, building strong, collaborative relationships while maintaining accountability to performance standards.
  • Hold partners accountable through direct, data-driven conversations, including addressing underperformance and driving corrective action.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with intake, operations, legal, and business development teams to ensure smooth case flow and accurate reporting.

What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
