Client Success Associate – Track & Field

FloSports is a world-class sports media company strategically positioned to be the essential destination for passionate sports fans, delighting them with live event coverage, breaking news, highlights, stats, rankings, and team and player profiles. We are growing Our Sports every day by continuing to invest in our ever-expanding ecosystem, which consists of over a dozen sport verticals and hundreds of streaming partners. FloSports is creating the home for college conferences/leagues and sports like grappling, hockey, track & field, racing, cheer, wrestling, and more, and we are looking for innovative and passionate people like you to help us!

FloSports is looking for a Client Success Associate – Track & Field to join our Sports Management Software Team. In this role, you'll play a vital support function in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our MileSplit results database. You'll work closely with the Client Success Stats Specialist and the rest of the pod, assisting with the critical tasks of gathering, processing, and verifying athletic results, contributing directly to our platform's reputation as the definitive source for Track & Field and Cross Country data.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the gathering, conversion, and posting of Track & Field and Cross Country results into the MileSplit database.
  • Support the verification and ensure the accuracy of data within results and rankings.
  • Aid in processing results for additional sports, as needed.
  • Help resolve software support tickets related to data and stats in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of Stats Team product documentation and efficiency reporting.
  • Learn and apply best practices for data entry and quality control.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support team goals and partner success.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Knowledge of Track & Field and Cross Country is preferred, particularly an understanding of results and statistics.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Self-starter with good planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly navigate and research information online.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Adaptable to change and able to manage a variable workload.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends will be required during peak seasons for results processing.
  • Tech-savvy and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Bonus:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or currently pursuing.
  • Familiarity with data entry or content management systems.
