Job description

Territory Sales Representative
  • Compensation: Base salary $42,250 + uncapped commission (typical first‑year earnings $60,000–$65,000
  • Most established representatives earn $85,000 annually. In highperforming territories, top representatives can earn more than $100,000 per year.
  • Eligible to earn up to an additional $5,000 through our Fast Track Bonus program by achieving new hire sales milestones.
  • Work Environment: Field‑based with home office
  • Travel: Approximately 25% overnight travel
About the Role
The Territory Sales Rep sells digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium‑sized businesses within an assigned territory. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, developing new business, and managing a sales pipeline from initial contact through close. You will work directly with local organizations and business owners to help them promote their services and engage their communities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sell digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium‑sized businesses
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, phone outreach, and relationship‑building activities
