Your top priority as a Sales Recruiter is to attract, assess, and hire top sales and sales leadership talent that drives business performance, strengthens leadership pipelines, and delivers exceptional customer experiences. This role leads full-cycle recruiting for Sales Leadership, Store Manager, and senior Sales Representative positions while serving as the primary recruiting partner to Store Managers-providing expert guidance, building proactive talent pipelines, and ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring process across the organization to drive sales growth. Your positive, professional, roll-up-your-sleeves-to-help attitude contributes to our winning culture and makes sure we leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales Recruiting
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales Leadership, Store Manager, and senior Sales Representative roles across retail and field sales.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Retail leaders to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and leadership sales roles.
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate sales capability, leadership potential, and cultural alignment.
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a positive hiring process.

Stakeholder Partnership & Consulting
  • Serves as a strategic talent advisor to retail, sales, and HR partners to translate business priorities into recruiting strategies.
  • Acts as primary recruiting point of contact for Store Managers, providing guidance on hiring best practices, timelines, and process expectations.
  • Provides advise to hiring managers by offering recommendations on talent availability, market trends, and candidate trade-offs.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Sales Leadership to support talent planning, succession needs, and business growth initiatives.

Hiring Process & Execution
  • Manage job postings, candidate tracking, interviews, and offers through the ATS.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and support effective interview panel design.
  • Support offer development and negotiations in partnership with HR and Compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Continuous Improvement & Talent Insights
  • Track and interpret recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and pipeline health.
  • Administers timely reporting and market intelligence data to maintain strong hiring engagement and req management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and hiring manager capability.
  • Contribute to employer branding and outreach efforts targeted to sales and leadership talent.

What you will bring to the table:
  • 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience recruiting sales, sales leadership, retail management, or multi-unit leadership roles.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and HR partners at multiple levels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Comfort serving as a front-line point of contact for leaders with recruiting questions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Retail, field sales, or B2B sales recruiting experience.
  • Ability to use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion
