GEICO is seeking a Manager to lead Vendor Performance & Relationship Management within the Claims Process Team. This role will provide centralized governance of vendor partners, ensuring performance consistency, accountability, and alignment to Claims operational expectations. This position plays a key role in strengthening vendor outcomes and supporting scalable business operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead centralized oversight of Claims vendor partners, including governance of third-party relationships

  • Monitor, track, and enforce vendorservice level agreements (SLAs)and contractual performance expectations

  • Develop and maintainvendor performance reporting, including scorecards and trend analysis

  • Conductperformance auditsto assess adherence to contractual and operational standards

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Claims and external vendors to support effective partnership

  • Partner with Claims leadership to ensure vendor outputs align with operational objectives

  • Identify opportunities to improvevendor efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness

  • Support development of standardizedvendor governance frameworks and operating cadences

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data

  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience in a regulated environment (insurance or financial services preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing outsourced operations or third-party service providers

  • Familiarity with Claims operations or insurance processes

  • Experience developing performance reporting and governance frameworks
