Role of the Technical Program Manager
  • The Technical Program Manager is crucial in accelerating the success of Client by identifying, driving, and taking ownership of key strategic initiatives.

  • Lead technical discussions related to project plans, ensuring alignment across various teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to assess and develop insights on opportunities that influence the strategic direction of projects.
  • Lead essential governance discussions and deliver program communication and training strategies.
  • Work with program teams and partners to address and resolve program- and project-level risks and issues.
  • Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate and sustained resource engagement throughout project execution.
