HR Service PartnerThe Human Resources Service Partner is responsible for delivering efficient and effective support to HR customers, including employees, HR Business Partners, and HR Managers. This role oversees the employee life-cycle; from onboarding to offboarding process. Serves as the first point of contact for resolving employee issues submitted via Workday help cases by interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures with independent judgment. The position provides recommendations on HR matters, contributes to continuous process and quality improvements, and may participate in the development and enhancement of HR policies and practices. The role requires handling sensitive employee concerns and supporting HR operational decisions. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Regulations, Occupational Health and Safety Administration System (OSHA) Regulations. GMP, ISO, GDPGrow with us – Your ResponsibilitiesServe as the first-level contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and solutions through Workday help cases.Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures to resolve employee issues and provide recommendations to managers and employees.Administer the full employee life cycle in Workday, including hires, job changes, compensation adjustments, leaves of absence, and terminations.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of welcome sessions and documentation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel data in HR systems.Create and manage employment-related documents such as contracts, agreements, certifications, and personnel file records.Manage benefit deduction processes, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and reconciliation of employee benefit deductions.Support general audits by the company, client requirements, or compliance teams; ensure timely responses and documentation.Support payroll, benefits, and compensation administration, including pension-related tasks.Prepare standard HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.Responsible of developing HR knowledge articles and case management content.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and policy development projects.What will convince usBachelor's degree in human resources or related field5+ of proven working experience in an HR generalist, operations or service delivery role and in a confidential environmentStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and state and federal employment law.Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload effectively while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and delivering outstanding customer service.Approachable and able to demonstrate confidence in dealing with employees at all levels of the CompanyComputer Skills: Proficient in MS Office products, including advanced Excel skills. 2+ years’ experience using HRIS system(s), Workday preferred.Reasoning skill: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply a variety of instructions and resolve practical issues in dynamic, non-standardized situations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information in both oral and written formats to diverse audiences.Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)What We OfferPaid vacation and sick leave14 paid holidays annuallyImpressive campus: Located on 219,000 square meters, our campus is home for more than 1,000 employees.We offer conference areas, and a development centerMedical, Dental and Vision insurance along with Company Retirement PlanOn-site cafeteria and coffee shopOn-site occupational health offices including Laboratory ServicesAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
