Job description

The Manager, Operations Transformation PMO supports Canada Operations Excellence by driving financial rigor and governance across transformation initiatives and the augmentation program portfolio. This role ensures strong executive reporting, benefits realization, and KPI alignment through close partnership with Finance and business units. It plays a critical role in maintaining a consistent, enterprise-ready view of program performance while enabling decision-making on initiative viability and value delivery. This is an opportunity to shape how large-scale transformation initiatives are measured, governed, and communicated across the organization.

Position Responsibilities

  • Own executive reporting cadence for transformation initiatives and augmentation programs, including bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews

  • Build and maintain benefits realization frameworks and financial tracking models across all major initiatives

  • Partner with Finance and BU stakeholders to define and track KPIs such as cost, productivity, quality, SLA, and operational efficiency

  • Maintain an integrated portfolio view, identifying dependencies, resource constraints, and sequencing risks across initiatives

  • Support program governance including sprint demos, executive committee preparation, and stakeholder engagement

  • Manage funding allocations, business case development, and maintain strategic artifacts and documentation

  • Analyze and monitor operations technology costs including infrastructure, cloud usage, and licensing

  • Ensure alignment with Technology PMO and enterprise reporting standards

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or finance business partnering within transformation environments

  • Proven experience managing large, multi-initiative portfolios with strong governance and reporting discipline

  • Experience building and managing benefits realization frameworks in partnership with Finance

  • Strong expertise in executive reporting, steering committees, and program cadence management

  • Ability to communicate financial and operational metrics clearly to senior leadership

  • Experience collaborating in matrix environments, including with Technology or central PMO teams

  • Strong written communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready insights

  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare)

  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent program management certification

  • MBA or advanced degree in finance or related field

  • Background in transformation programs or operations strategy

  • Experience managing ambiguity in financial attribution (e.g., productivity gains, cost avoidance)

  • Strong understanding of cost structures including P&L, capacity modeling, and cost attribution

Salary range is expected to be between

$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
