You will play a direct role in the success of the operation each day. You'll be present in the terminal, hiring, training and leading drivers and supervisors, keeping vehicles maintained, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong partnership with FedEx leadership.

This role requires consistency, flexibility, and availability. Operational needs may require early mornings, extended days, or weekend involvement. In return, you gain schedule flexibility when operations allow and the opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding company.

What You'll Lead
  • Driver and team supervisor development and team accountability
  • Daily dispatch, route planning, and execution
  • Safety training, ride-alongs, and DOT compliance
  • Strong communication and partnership with FedEx terminal management
  • Vehicle maintenance coordination and operational readiness
  • You will be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and keep the operation running at a high level.
What We're Looking For
  • A confident leader who can coach and motivate a team
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, professional decision-making under pressure
  • High level of personal accountability
  • Availability 6 days per week, Mon - Sat
  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart delivery, courier services, trucking, or similar logistics environments is strongly preferred.
What We Offer
  • Weekly pay
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Medical, dental, vision, accident, and life insurance options
  • Free telemedicine
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Company-provided uniforms
  • Advancement opportunities within a growing FedEx contractor

We operate with an uncompromising commitment to Safety, Integrity, and Service, and we are hiring immediately for a results-driven leader who is ready to take ownership and elevate our operation.
