The Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) role is the backbone of Milady's commercial infrastructure, enabling predictable growth and strategic execution through data-driven insights and process quality.

What you'll do here:

  • Optimize revenue processes including leadtoopportunity workflows, pipeline management, forecasting, territory alignment, and quotarelated activities; maintain sales playbooks and process documentation.

  • Own CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), including configuration, automation, data governance, and integrations with ERP, ecommerce, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Deliver reporting and insights by building dashboards, conducting data audits, and providing analysis that informs forecasting, targeting, and sales strategy.

  • Enhance crossfunctional alignment by partnering with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success on lead flow, campaign reporting, bookings accuracy, pricing updates, and customer adoption/renewal insights.

  • Drive operational efficiency through automation, workflow improvements, and ensuring clarity and consistency across the sales and customer lifecycle.

Skills you will need here:

  • 5-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics within a B2B environment.

  • Consistent track record building and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and leading forecasting processes.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated success in driving data integrity, operational cadence, and benchmark rigor across cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with predictive analytics, compensation modeling, and territory planning.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI) preferred

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company'sdiscretionaryincentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
