Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business.

As our Creative Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the Brand team, building the systems and workflows that allow our creative output to scale. You’ll coordinate work across Brand, Creative, Partnerships, Paid Media, and Social, ensuring teams have the information, assets, and approvals needed to move projects forward efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the intake of creative requests, ensuring briefs include clear objectives, deliverables, deadlines, specifications, and stakeholder expectations before work begins
  • Coordinate project timelines and review workflows, tracking owners, feedback, revisions, approvals, and final sign-offs to prevent delays and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Own the creative asset lifecycle from production through post-production, paid media, social, partner delivery, and final archiving, including file organization, naming conventions, version control, and access
  • Support production logistics and documentation, including schedules, call sheets, travel coordination, shot lists, deliverable trackers, and other materials needed to keep shoots organized
  • Build and maintain the trackers, templates, processes, and operating systems that provide visibility across active projects and help the Brand team scale effectively
Must Have Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, production coordination, project management, or a similar role within a creative or brand team
  • Experience managing creative workflows from initial request and briefing through review, approval, delivery, and archiving
  • Strong systems-thinking skills, with an ability to build and maintain trackers, templates, file structures, and processes that create clarity across a team
  • Familiarity with production logistics and documentation, including schedules, call sheets, travel details, deliverables, and coordination across internal and external partners
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
