Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented, motivated Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy, partner adoption, and customer-facing success of Fuse's marketing automation product suite, including AI-powered approval workflows, creative generation tools, and measurement solutions, all focused on lowering our cost to serve and driving efficiency at global scale.
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between Fuse's product organization and the partners, Partner Growth Managers, and regional stakeholders who use our marketing automation tools. You will own how these products are positioned, launched, adopted, and integrated into partner workflows globally. You will be the voice of the customer back to the product team, ensuring that our automation tools are built with partner success in mind, while owning the GTM strategy that drives awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement.
This role partners closely with a Product Manager on the Fuse Product team who owns the product roadmap and engineering collaboration

You will co-own the customer experience by translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions, driving global rollout strategies, and ensuring partners and PGMs are equipped to succeed with our tools.
You will also own measurement and reporting for automation products holding cross-functional teams accountable for data quality, tool improvements, and partner-facing reporting. You will leverage generative AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency, reduce manual efforts across different stages of partner marketing, and enhance the partner marketing experience. This role will directly influence the growth and efficiency of our partner marketing execution, driving innovation in how we engage with partners through marketing technology.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate has a passion for understanding partner and customer pain points and knows how to translate product capabilities into adoption strategies that drive measurable business impact

You are experienced in go-to-market planning, product launches, and driving adoption for technology products at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data analytics, project management skills, with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally on project delivery, vendor management, and analytics integration.
You have experience partnering closely with product management teams while owning the market-facing strategy independently. You understand how to position AI-powered products, communicate their value to diverse stakeholder groups, and build adoption playbooks that scale globally

You are comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams, from pre-launch partner readiness to post-launch performance optimization.
To be successful, you'll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies, including Partner Growth Managers, regional marketing leads, product managers, BI/data analytics, and senior leadership. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to define strategy where none exists, and willing to work autonomously while influencing without direct authority.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy for Fuse marketing automation products including AI-powered approval workflows, creative generation tools, and measurement solutions, focusing on positioning, messaging, partner targeting, and launch planning.
- Drive global partner adoption of automation products across partner teams and Partner Growth Managers. Develop playbooks, enablement materials, and integration guides that ensure partners successfully onboard and realize value from our tools.
- Serve as the voice of the partner and Partner Growth Managers back to the Fuse Product team

Aggregate partner feedback, usage insights, and regional requirements to influence the product roadmap and ensure tools are built with customer needs in mind.
- Own launch strategy for new product capabilities, including regional rollout sequencing, partner communications, training, and readiness assessments. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders on product readiness while owning the customer-facing launch plan.
- Own campaign measurement tools and status reporting, validate campaign data integrity, and ensure SOPs are documented and followed. Hold cross-functional teams accountable for measurement improvements and product enhancements.
- Own product rule updates and configuration management within AI-powered tools to ensure approval criteria remain aligned with brand guidelines and partner needs across regions.
- Manage 3P vendor tool relationships that support partner marketing workflows, including contract management, transition planning, and migration to in-house solutions

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive migration to scalable solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, Data Analytics, regional marketing leads, and Partner Growth Managers to ensure automation products meet partner needs. Coordinate cross-functionally to build operational playbooks and cross-product enablement.
- Compile and analyze product usage data, partner adoption metrics, and campaign performance. Provide regular reporting to leadership and marketing teams with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends in marketing automation and AI-powered marketing tools

Translate insights into recommendations and product feedback.
