Job Description:The client is seeking an Incentive Operations Specialist to manage partner incentive operations, including submission triage, vendor onboarding, payout coordination, reconciliation, SOPs, and reporting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Triage and process partner incentive submissions within SLA
  • Manage deal registrations, co-investment funds, market development funds, and referral fees
  • Follow up with partners on incomplete or unclear submissions
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and payout processing with Finance
  • Ensure partner payouts are accurate and completed on time
  • Maintain reconciliation trackers and source-of-truth documentation
  • Apply incentive program rules to edge cases and escalate when needed
  • Build and document SOPs, SLAs, and reporting for incentive workflows
  • Track volume, cycle time, and process consistency
  • Support AI-powered or automated workflows to improve operational efficiency

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an operations-focused role -  finance operations, partner operations, channel operations, deal desk, incentive operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing accurate operational workflows involving numbers, reconciliations, payments, payouts, approvals, or similar financial/transactional processes.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, CRM systems, or operational reporting tools; must be comfortable maintaining clean, accurate data.
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams such as Finance, Accounts Payable, Sales, Partnerships, or Operations to resolve issues and complete time-sensitive requests.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow up clearly, professionally, and persistently with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply documented policies or program rules to real-world scenarios, identify exceptions, and escalate edge cases appropriately.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize a queue, and keep work moving without heavy oversight.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation, or workflow technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, or processing volume.
  • Professional experience in B2B SaaS, AI, big tech, or a high-growth technology environment.
  • Strong proactive communication habits, including timely status updates, clear documentation, and concise escalation of blockers.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with partner incentive programs, including MDF, co-investment, referral fees, or deal registration
  • Vendor onboarding or payment processing experience with Finance/AP teams
  • Experience building SOPs, SLAs, or reporting from scratch
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience
