Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a global vision for customer onboarding and professional services that accelerates time-to-value and maximizes customer outcomes.

  • Mastermind the strategy and governance of a global Partner Implementation Ecosystem, defining the standards for external delivery excellence.

  • Lead the financial health of the Professional Services organization with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth and gross margin targets.

  • Serve as a high-level executive sponsor for marquee client projects, managing complex relationships and acting as a final point of escalation.

  • Design and scale a high-performing global team of implementation consultants, solution architects, and project managers.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 10+ years of leadership in Professional Services or Management Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Direct experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as Kantata, FinancialForce, or Rocketlane.

  • You possess proven experience in a senior global executive role (VP/SVP) managing a multi-million dollar P&L.

  • You are an expert at building, managing, and governing a global partner ecosystem for service delivery.

  • You have deep financial acumen regarding recurring revenue models (ARR/MRR) and project profitability optimization.

  • You maintain a strong understanding of SaaS architecture and standardized delivery methodologies such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile.

Bonus Points For:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced business degree.

  • Specialized domain expertise within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations (AECO) industries.

Logistics:

Location: Westminster, CO; Lake Oswego, OR; or Alpharetta, GA
