Job description

The Partner Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in developing implementation partnerships and delivering learning programs to equip our implementation partners with the ability to understand FloQast’s products and implement them. Driving relationship development and engagement with our outsourced implementation partners will be key to ensure the successful launch, adoption, expansion and advocacy for our suite of products.

What You’ll Do
  • Onboard, Train and Provide Continuous Technical Education and Enablement to Assigned Partners
  • Build and Nurture Relationships with Consultants and Leadership at Assigned Partners
  • Drive Partner Success and Positive Client Experience by Ensuring Partners Have the Tools and Support to Conduct Successful Client Implementations
  • Manage Partner Implementation Pipeline and Track Progress of Client Implementations Conducted by Partners
  • Coordinate Cross-functionally and Execute on Partner Strategy
  • Track, Meet and Exceed on key Customer Experience and Partner Experience Metrics
  • Oversee Quality Assurance of Client Implementations and Partner Consultants Recruitment
  • Run weekly calls with key implementation partners to discuss onboarding progress, milestones, feedback, and status of client implementations
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of public accounting or industry accounting experience 
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
  • Strong client-facing experience 
  • Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through
  • Strong project management skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively to coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to scope, execute, and measure effectiveness of the program
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands
Nice To Haves/Other
  • 1+ years of experience in partner implementation or partner management role
  • Prior user experience of either FloQast and/or other month end close software
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems 
  • Experience using Customer Success/Experience systems 
  • CPA preferred, or CPA eligible
  • Experience using Salesforce 
  • Strong working knowledge of FloQast as well as experience with implementing FloQast
The base pay range for this position is $80,000- $120,000. This position may be eligible for a bonus plan in addition to base pay.  Compensation is not limited to base salary. FloQast values our Total Rewards, and offers a competitive and elaborate Benefits Package including, but not limited to, Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits, Life & Disability Insurance, and Unlimited Vacation. FloQast reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
