Job Description The Sales Enablement Partner (SE Partner) is the frontline execution arm of People and Culture Excellence Sales Enablement, working directly with CRMs and Sales Leaders to ensure capabilities, tools, processes, and programs are adopted, applied, and sustained in day-to-day selling.
The role acts as a trusted partner to the sales teams, translating enablement strategies into reinforcement, and real-time support at the individual and team level.
The Sales Enablement Partner serves as the eyes, ears, and execution arm of PACE in the field, driving productivity, capability, adoption, and frontline insights that help Sales move the needle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Cluster, Area and CRM Progress Tracking

Monitor onboarding progress, capability gaps, adoption barriers, risks, and growth opportunities to support Sales Leaders & CRMs in achieving sales targets.

B. Sales Productivity & Enablement Support

Support Sales Leaders and CRMs in improving pipeline quality, onboarding effectiveness, sales discipline, and execution readiness by facilitating enablement activities, reinforcing programs, and connecting teams to the appropriate resources and support.

C. Onboarding & Capability Readiness Support

Facilitate onboarding, readiness reviews, certification programs, and learning reinforcement to help CRMs achieve required capability standards and accelerate time-to-productivity.

D. Change Adoption & Enablement Reinforcement

Support the rollout and sustained adoption of sales programs, tools, systems, and new ways of working by reinforcing key messages, monitoring adoption health, and escalating barriers requiring intervention.

E. CRM Voice, Sales Experience & Escalation Management

Act as the voice of the frontline by gathering CRM feedback, identifying recurring issues, coordinating escalations, and supporting resolution efforts to improve sales experience and execution effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-6 years experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or L&D

  • Direct exposure to frontline sales roles is strongly preferred

  • B2B or solution-selling environments

  • Experience supporting sales teams during campaigns, launches, or change initiatives

  • High willingness to be field-facing and hands-on

  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
