  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, Human Resources Administrator (HRA), HR Manager, Employee Relations, or related HR role
  • Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is preferred, but not required
  • Experience supporting organizational change, coaching leaders, and driving employee engagement initiatives is a plus
