Key responsibilities

  • Own and evolve a comprehensive GTM plan with Deloitte across regions to generate quality net-new business pipeline globally

  • Drive the sales cycle in partnership with Deloitte from prospecting through deal close

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the Deloitte partnership strategy and ensure alignment across markets

Job description

This is a chance to shape the next chapter of one of our most strategically important channels - with a canvas that extends well beyond a single region. We're looking for a seasoned partnerships executive to take the reins of an already thriving agency alliance program and drive it to the next level of scale and sophistication on a global stage, anchored by our relationship with Deloitte.

Sitting within our Alliances organization and reporting to the AVP of Delivery Partnerships, you will own the Deloitte partnership strategy globally - not just execute against it. You'll be the architect of the GTM vision, deepening and commercializing the Deloitte relationship across markets while acquiring and onboarding adjacent opportunities within the account. This is a build-and-scale mandate for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the latitude to operate as a true business leader within the partner ecosystem - with impact that reaches across every region we operate in.

You will operate at the intersection of Sales and Alliances worldwide, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales Leadership across regions to shape program strategy, and with Account Executives globally to convert the Deloitte relationship into a sourced and influenced pipeline. You'll also partner closely with regional Alliances leaders to ensure strategy, tooling, and playbooks stay coordinated and best-in-class across every market. Success here is measured in one currency above all others: quality pipeline that converts, at global scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own and evolve a comprehensive GTM plan with Deloitte across regions, translating strategy into quality net-new business pipeline globally
  • Drive the sales cycle in lockstep with our sales teams worldwide - from prospecting through deal close - in true partnership with Deloitte
  • Champion differentiated value propositions and Deloitte's specialisms, telling that story with conviction internally at Braze, with Deloitte leadership, and ultimately in markets around the world
  • Hold the partnership to a standard of accountability and reciprocity, ensuring a measured flow of outsourced Braze services in exchange for net-new client opportunities
  • Bring rigor to the business - reviewing sales play metrics and effectiveness with Deloitte and Braze leadership across regions
  • Operate cross-functionally as a connector across Tech and Cloud Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Partner Education & Enablement to ensure the Deloitte motion is fully supported everywhere we compete
WHO YOU ARE
  • 10+ years of partnerships experience in a modern cloud technology company, G/SIs, or Agency, with a track record of increasing scope and impact
  • A proven, quantifiable history of driving sourced pipeline and influenced revenue through a mature SaaS partner program - you know what great looks like because you've built it
  • Deep fluency in the G/SI and consulting ecosystem: service offering design, marketing, lead generation, and the KPIs that matter to a professional services organization
  • Firsthand experience navigating large G/SI or consultancy environments, with an intimate understanding of their org structures, business dynamics, and how to build a compelling business case with them
  • A demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, take on complex strategic and operational mandates, and scale a program across a large, distributed organization
  • The gravitas and executive presence to represent Braze credibly with senior partners and internal stakeholders, paired with the grit and resilience to keep pushing when the path isn't linear
  • Willingness to travel across the globe as needed to invest in your most strategic partner relationships

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $135,000 and $212,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $180,000 and $283,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
