We are growing our Partner Business Manager team. We are adding experienced, driven, sales professionals with a proven track record of exceeding goals in a Partner led sales model.

You will need to possess strong sales management experience and the ability to develop and build strong partner relationships. What You'll Be Doing: Work with partners to create and implement business plans driving enablement, engagement, and acceleration strategies Create, develop, and maintain relationships with key Energy companies and the ecosystem that supports them; think EOM, ISVs, etc Lead Ecosystem enablement and engagement across NVIDIA Sales, Marketing, Technical, Program, and Business Segment teams to help partners build a successful AI practice Maintain executive and C-level relationships Understand and advocate NVIDIA solutions by increasing the adoption of NVIDIA's AI accelerated computing platform Present results in regular internal QBRs What we need to see: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A passion for technology at it relates to the Energy, Utlities and Renewable Industries Experience selling technological solutions and maintaining professional relationships Experience supporting partners focused on Energy, Utlities and Renewable Industries Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Familiarity with SFDC 8+ years of meaningful partner and account management experience 10% travel for events, trainings, and partner QBRs Ways to stand out from the crowd: Success in driving technology integration across partners' services and solutions. Self-sufficient and autonomous, with a high attention to detail Partnership oriented, flexible, coachable, creative, and highly adaptable NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers with new leading-edge technologies.

Employee will greatly benefit working at NVIDIA, gain valuable experience in operational excellence, diversity, and expand skill sets in machine learning and AI. If you are software and support service operationalization focused, creative and driven, we want to hear from you. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation.

The cash compensation range is 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Applications for this job will be accepted at least until September 1, 2026.
