As we continue to invest in our strategic technology ecosystem, we're looking for a Strategic Partner Account Manager to help scale and operationalize our most important alliances, including Databricks, Microsoft, and AWS.
This role serves as the operational backbone of our strategic partnerships, ensuring strong governance, executive alignment, pipeline visibility, partner enablement, and program execution. Working across executive leadership, client teams, marketing, sales, and technical practitioners, you'll help maximize the value of our strategic alliances while building scalable operating processes that support long-term growth.
What You'll Do
Alliance Strategy, Governance & Program Management
  • Lead day-to-day operational management of strategic technology partnerships.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, executive steering committees, QBRs, and annual planning.
  • Maintain alliance operating plans, priorities, roadmaps, and objectives.
  • Track decisions, risks, action items, and dependencies.
  • Develop scalable alliance processes and governance frameworks.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between West Monroe and strategic partners.
Executive Engagement & Stakeholder Management
  • Support executive sponsor programs and strategic relationship management.
  • Coordinate executive briefings, planning sessions, and account reviews.
  • Develop executive presentations, agendas, and communications.
  • Maintain relationship maps and engagement plans.
  • Drive accountability for partnership commitments.
Pipeline Operations & Alliance Performance
  • Own partnership pipeline governance and reporting.
  • Maintain alliance dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Track sourced, influenced, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure Salesforce and partner data accuracy.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
Marketing, Events & Go-to-Market
  • Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, webinars, conferences, and executive events.
  • Track MDF investments and alliance activities.
  • Support case studies, thought leadership, and partner communications.
Partner Enablement & Certification
  • Coordinate certification and enablement programs.
  • Track certifications, learning paths, and training completion.
  • Partner with technical leaders on capability development.
Partner Operations & Compliance
  • Manage partner portals, deal registration, competencies, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate documentation, submissions, and audits.
Content & Knowledge Management
  • Maintain alliance playbooks, templates, collateral, and repositories.
  • Ensure current partnership assets are available across the firm.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years in alliance management, partner operations, program management, consulting operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or similar.
  • Experience supporting strategic technology partnerships.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud ecosystem experience (Databricks, Microsoft, AWS).
  • Professional services or consulting experience.
  • Executive program, certification, or enablement experience.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Preferred: Power BI, Tableau, Databricks Partner Portal, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Planner, Copilot.
Success in This Role

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
