Job description

At Flexspring, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to tackle your role in a way that is right for you. We foster a learning culture that will allow you to develop new skills and progress in your career.

Who We Are

Flexspring is an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) company specializing in HR data integrations. We partner with HR teams and HR software companies to design and deliver custom integrations that connect HR, payroll, and business systems, reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and help people's operations run more efficiently.

The role

As a Technical Support Specialist in a fast-growing iPaaS company, you will be supporting and troubleshooting integrations across HR, payroll, and business systems. You'll work with APIs, data, and real production environments - not traditional IT support. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys offering outstanding customer support and has coding and API experience.

Schedule Information:

Required: You will need to work weekends, covering both Saturday and Sunday.

Schedule options:

  • Full-time: Select any 3 days from Monday through Friday to complete your work schedule.
  • Part-time: Options range from weekend-only shifts to hybrid schedules once the initial training phase is finished.

Our ideal working time consists of 1 pm-7 pm EST, plus 8-4 for both Saturday and Sunday; however, we remain open to other arrangements.
Your working schedule will be fixed - this is a long-term commitment, not a rotating shift

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot integration issues across APIs, data flows, and connected systems
  • Identify root causes and resolve production issues
  • Analyze logs and system behavior to diagnose problems
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants, and clients
  • Manage support cases and communicate updates clearly
  • Contribute to testing and continuous improvements

What You Bring

Must Have

  • 3+ years of proven experience with OOP - Java, C#, Python etc.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service, with a track record of going above and beyond in client engagements.
  • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address both technical and business challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Self-motivated, self-aware, coachable, and collaborative, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with or supporting Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of
  • Javascript, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL, Insomnia, Postman, etc.
  • Experience with, or functional understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Exposure to HR and/or finance data integrations.
  • Experience with HR and ATS platforms such as Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, and BambooHR.
  • Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or other languages.

What You Get

  • Work from home with flexible hours.
  • 4 weeks of paid vacation annually.
  • Comprehensive health benefits package for you and your family.
  • Team events and opportunities to connect with colleagues.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.
  • Competitive base salary.
