Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Behavioral Technician to join our team at Astra ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our young clients on their journey to realizing their full potential. If you are eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families, we encourage you to apply for this PART-TIME opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home settings, implementing treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.

  • Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET) to support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.

  • Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.

  • Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.

  • Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA, adhering to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.

  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Daycare or classroom experience required.

  • Must be willing to work a PART-TIME schedule, Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 4:30pm.
