An established insurance office is seeking a dependable Administrative Coordinator to provide customer service and administrative support. Previous insurance or Medicare experience is not required—we're looking for someone with strong office skills, excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Easy commute from North Haven, Wallingford, Hamden, Cheshire, New Haven, East Haven, Branford, Meriden, North Branford, Guilford, and surrounding Connecticut communities.

Part-Time
  • Monday–Thursday | 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
  • Office closed Fridays
Seasonal Full-Time Hours
  • Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • October through the second week of December
