Who We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in reception, customer care, or a similar customer‑facing role
  • Friendly, positive communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable managing a busy multi‑line phone system
  • Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities
  • Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and comfortable learning CRM systems (e.g., DealerSocket)
