Job description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Crew Member to support daily operations, provide an exceptional guest experience, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This role will assist with customer service, order preparation, point-of-sale transactions, stocking, cleaning, food safety, and other operational duties in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Part-Time Crew Member Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, professional, and responsive service to guests.

  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and assist with menu or product selections.

  • Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process cash, credit, debit, and other transactions.

  • Prepare, assemble, package, or serve products according to company recipes, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Ensure orders are accurate, complete, properly presented, and delivered promptly.

  • Respond to guest questions and concerns and refer complex issues to a supervisor or manager.

  • Follow food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company operating procedures.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations, service areas, dining areas, and storage spaces.

  • Restock products, supplies, packaging, and other materials as needed.

  • Receive, rotate, label, and store products and supplies according to company standards.

  • Complete opening, operating, and closing tasks as assigned.

  • Assist with cleaning equipment, tools, surfaces, floors, restrooms, and other areas of the work location.

  • Communicate product shortages, equipment concerns, maintenance issues, guest feedback, and other operational matters to management.

  • Protect company property, follow cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate transaction records.

  • Work cooperatively with team members and support other workstations during busy periods.

  • Attend required training and follow all company policies, standards, and applicable regulations.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
