Avante at Jacksonville Beach Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Receptionist to provide administrative duties, answering phones and other day-to-day administrative functions.


Shift: Sat and Sun- 8a-4p

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Completion of High School Education.

· Must be able to read, write and speak English.

· Must have at least (6) months experience in a clerical position.

· Must have knowledge of office machines, i.e. computer, 10 key calculator,

outlook, excel, word.

· Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

· Positive attitude toward the public and elderly.

· Customer service oriented.

Education and Experience:

· Ability to answer phones professionally

· Greeting guests in a professional manner at all times

· Outgoing personality

· Professional appearance

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to deal with difficult, impatient or upset guests

· Ability to stay calm under pressure

· Good Organizational Skills

· Ability to use office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers and scanners

· Outlook Email

· Excel, Word

· Previous work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or

similar role preferred

· High School Diploma or equivalency; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
